  • mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup peanut butter, or almond butter or sunbutter
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • ½ cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Blossom pur vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup raisins, or any other dried fruit
  • cup ground flax seeds or oat bran
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 9"x13" pan, or use parchment paper.
  • Add the sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, margarine, and vanilla to a medium bowl with the oats and with a spatula until well combined.
  • Add remaining dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • Make sure to get everything incorporated here.
  • Press the mixture into the pan firmly. Use a cup with a flat bottom and press it down firmly.
  • Score the mixture into bars with a butterknife. You can easily make them uniform sizes by scoring across the middle of the dish each direction. Continue to score each section in half until you have reached the desired size.
  • Bake for 20=22 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool, cut, and serve!
