Ingredients
1cupbrown sugar
¾cuppeanut butter,or almond butter or sunbutter
½cupcorn syrup
½cupsalted butter,melted
2teaspoonVanilla Blossom pur vanilla extract
3cupsquick oats
½cupsunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
½cupraisins,or any other dried fruit
⅓cupground flax seedsor oat bran
2tablespoonsesame seeds
½cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9"x13" pan, or use parchment paper.
Add the sugar, peanut butter, corn syrup, margarine, and vanilla to a medium bowl with the oats and with a spatula until well combined.
Add remaining dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well mixed.
Make sure to get everything incorporated here.
Press the mixture into the pan firmly. Use a cup with a flat bottom and press it down firmly.
Score the mixture into bars with a butterknife. You can easily make them uniform sizes by scoring across the middle of the dish each direction. Continue to score each section in half until you have reached the desired size.
