Easy Chocolate Marshmallow Squares

These chocolate peanut butter marshmallow squares are easy, delicious, super chocolatey and they only require 3 ingredients to make. You'll only need one bowl to create these rich, creamy, and highly addictive marshmallow squares.

Equipment

  • Medium Sauce Pan
  • Medium Bowl (glass or metal)
  • Heat Proof Rubber Spatula
  • 8x8 Square Pan

Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Measure out all ingredients
  • Create a double boiler over low to medium heat. Use a medium glass or metal bowl on top of a medium saucepan with a few inches of water in it.
  • Pour chocolate chips and marshmallows into bowl. Stir continuously melting chocolate and peanut butter. Be cautious not to overheat the peanut butter chocolate mixture or the chocolate will lock up, become clumpy, and unusable.
  • Once melted, remove from heat and pour in marshmallows. Fold in until completely covered in chocolate.
  • Pour into lined 8x8 pan.
  • Refrigerate until set (about 1 hour)
  • Slice and serve!
