Chai Simple Syrup

Delicious chai infused simple syrup to moisten and flavour your delicious chai cake layers.
Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • tablespoon Loose Chai Tea Leaves

Instructions

  • In a small pot, combine water, sugar, and loose tea. Stir to combine. 
  • Bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes. 
  • Remove from heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes. 
  • Strain loose tea and allow to cool to room temperature before using.
