Preheat oven to 200 degrees F
Pop popcorn and place into a large roasting pan
In a medium saucepan over low-medium heat, bring to a boil margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt
Once at a boil, lower heat to low and add in baking soda and vanilla
Mixture will bubble so take caution to not burn yourself!
Pour mixture over popcorn to fully coat.
Add nuts to popcorn
With a heatprood spatula, mix popcorn so caramel completely coats popcorn
Place into oven for 1 hour. Every 15 minutes, remove pan from oven and stir
Eat warm or allow to cool before enjoying!
