Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Grease a 1.5 quart glass loaf pan with baking spray or butter. Set aside.
In a small bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Stir to combine.
In a medium bowl, mash bananas. Pour in vegetable oil and beat with electric hand mixer to combine. 1-2 minutes.
With the mixer on low, gradually pour in white and brown sugar. Beat for another 1 minute.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and add eggs one at a time. Allow each to incorporate before adding the next.
Next, beat in vanilla and greek yogurt. Mix until combined.
With the mixer on low speed, gradually pour in dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips. Save a handful to place on top of the loaf once the batter has been added to the loaf pan.
Pour batter into loaf pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Cool completely in pan before removing.
