Ingredients
2cupssemi sweet chocolate chips
1cupheavy cream
Instructions
Place chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl.
Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium to high heat. It is imperative to watch this closely because it can easily burn. Heat until small bubbles begin to form in the cream on the outer edges.
Pour hot cream over chocolate chips. Allow to sit for 15 seconds. Use a small whisk to stir the milk chocolate and heavy cream together.
Whisk until there are no chocolate clumps. Allow to cool completely before applying to cake.
