I made Blair's Pecan Cranberry tarts today (May 20, 2021) because we had a dump of snow in the last few days. I decided that the presence of cranberry in my kitchen was not only acceptable, but called for! What a beautifully simple, and amazing recipe! I shared this delicious treat with my neighbors who gave it rave reviews (so did my husband and son). The flavour and texture of soft pecans, tart cranberries and the sugar syrup make this dessert only mildly sweet, with the tartness of the cranberry standing out. I highly recommend this dessert and am so pleased that I found bakedbyblair!
