How to Make these Cookies:
- Begin by creaming together room temperature butter, sugar and vanilla.
- Next, add in your sifted cocoa.
- Slowly mix in flour.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake at 325 F for 13 minutes.

How to Store:
Once baked, these cookies should be stored in an airtight container up to 3-5 days (for maximum freshness). You can store baked white chocolate chip cookies in the freezer in a freezer bag for up to 2 months (but good luck keeping the around that long!!).
You can also make the cookie dough and store it in pre rolled balls for up to 2 months before baking it. Take the cookie dough out of the freezer and allow it to thaw on the counter. Once thawed, bake as directed.

White Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Unsalted Butter At room temperature
- ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Egg At room temperature
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F
- In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream together butter, sugars, vanilla, and salt until light and fluffy - about 2 minutes.
- With the mixer on low speed, add in sifted cocoa powder and baking soda. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Add in the egg and mix until incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Turn the mixer to low speed and mix in flour.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Fold in white and semi-sweet chocolate chips using a spatula
- Shape into 1 tablespoon size balls and place on baking sheet approximately 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 13 minutes. Allow to cool on baking tray before transferring to cooling rack
- Over baking these cookies will result in dry cookies.
